My, my, where have I been? Well, let's see........the kids are getting ready to go back to school (can you see me doing the Happy Dance?) and I'm still working while trying to get ready for the wedding. Tomorrow will be officially the two week countdown. I still have a lot to do but have accomplished quite a bit as well. Who would have thought that even with as small of an event that I am planning there would be so much to do. I've had a blast doing it and Eric has helped where he could help. There isn't a whole lot he can do, really but the fact that he is here and offering help is such a nice feeling. We actually made the punch the other day and he did most of the work. I picked up our land documents for our honeymoon to Jamaica. I can honestly say we were definitely biting our nails last weekend with Dean playing havoc on our dreams. While we were spared and are still able to take our trip to Negril there are many, many others there and elsewhere who suffered great damage and lost quite a bit. I thank my lucky stars that all is a go.

I'm off to a scrimmage and to sweat in the sun.
