Wow! It is so true what they say about what a difference a day makes. Right now it is 51 degrees with the wind blowing out of the North gusting up to 19 mph. How amazing is this you ask? Well, I say it is totally amazing and very welcome. We have been scorching down here in Texas for so long that any cooler weather at all makes me happy. To add to that happiness, not only is it cooler with the wind, it has also been rainy and dreary all day. It was the perfect day for hot cocoa, which I indulged in after I finished up my work around noon. I have been able to relax a little bit this afternoon, work on my SL@H for a while and print off some project sheets from ReCollections. Not sure if they will do away with the site once they close up shop. I need to call and make my gripe to them and see if by power in numbers we could actually get them to keep our metroplex stores open, but I won't hold my breath. I heard over the weekend that there is a rumor floating around that an Archivers is supposed to be opened here in the area in 2008. Remember though, it's only a rumor. I'm still reeling from the news of the closing but the brick wall boo-boo I sustained is not healing very fast.

On another note, I am waiting, very patiently I may add, to see if I will be chosen in the lottery for Creative Escape 2008. Trisha and I both signed up so hopefully one of us will be drawn and then we will be on our way. I really wanted to go this year but the wedding fell during the dates and last year I wasn't able to go. Okay, as The Secret tells me to do, I am sending out what I want into the Universe, all positive of course. Have any of you seen that movie? It was really good. I need to watch it again. I also have the book and really enjoyed it.

Okay, off to pick up Tanner from football practice and read a little bit of my new Southern Living and then to Dr. Wojnicki for a good bone bending! Gotta love those adjustments. I swear by them.
